I didn’t know hanibal supported MQM, but anyway it wasn’t just billa but the corps commander of karachi who is on record on the tv program where he said that he had no clue about the jinnahpur plans. Now, billa was incharge of IB at that point I believe but Corps Commander Karachi conducted the military operation against MQM in 1992.

Now that begs the question that was al-zulfikar an army group and if they were, then why were libyans and afghans friendly to them when they hated the guts of pakistan after the hanging of their socialist friend bhutto (afghan commies were unhappy for insurgency but get the drift?).
