Re: Mince meat and seekh kababs …
Even if you leave a tiny amount of bacteria in meat and if it is not cooked properly , that can be harmful. So the only way to take care of bacteria in the meat is to cook , washing does not do any good, other than gives you peace of mind and a superficial feeling of cleanliness of meat.
So have I heard from the food safety experts.
Re: Mince meat and seekh kababs ...
^ what he said...you ant wash away bacteria, it's all about cooking to the right temperature (165F) and then keeping it hot or cold as needed... The temperature danger zone is 42F to 139F that's where most bacterias thrive... If you like you can invest into meat thermometer (digital stem ones) or let me know I will send you one :p
So what I can't cook, I can atleast maintain food safety. :d

maintaining food safety is an extremely important skill to have … I know alot of ladies who dont bother much about it and end up wasting so much food and not to forget , occasionally risking the health of their family too …
