Here's my recipe :)
1 Banana Low fat milk (organic) half cup oatmeal 1 scoop protein shake Any kind of cereal(generally high fiber) and/or Some soynuts
Damn good breakfast there. Lots of protein, fiber, nutrients, low on fat, good slow burning carbs. But most people dont like it :)
i blend two bananas, coconut creme, almond butter and some soaked dates to make a high energy shake. sometimes i add brewer's yeast for a shot of vitamin b but it makes the shake taste like shyt. my brother frequently adds protein powder to it too. i wouldnt drink a shake with protein powder in it.....its for boyz :(
