yes, but they did not start it for ‘commercial’ purpose, I don’t believe they are using internet for minting money. Besides, most of the technological advancements are first used by them, once they have alternative they give it away for commercial purposes just like wireless communication systems. But what has our esteemed army achieved? Do they have any track record of technological advancement?
