If this is true, then it is a very dangerous trend. Provincial government should investigate and find out the truth, and the people who are financing these madrasa. If it is found that they are polluting the minds of children, should be arrested and close those madrasa immediately.
For centuries madrasa in Sindh are not a new phenomenon. But those madrasa were actually run by the local community and government of the past. The main purpose of these madrasa were to impart religious education only. Three centuries ago and till 1930’s my ancestors also ran madrasa for sake of educating children, missionary work, gave advice according to Qur’an and Sharia, and ran mosque in my home town. Madrasa and mosque (still functioning I think) were on community basis with their help and also in past helped by the government when Britishers were ruling Sindh.
