you want to celebrate Milad-un-Nabiy no prob but the condition applye on thoes who are true muslims and follow the path of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) not the path of Mullas and Imams.
celebrateing Milad-un-Nabiy wormaly does not indicate love for Prophet Muhammad (SAW) it is the following in his path we have to do.

And expressing love by celebrating his birthday does not indicate love for the Prophet, but following his path does. Now is that self-contradictory. You love your parents, but will not say it cause it does not indicate love? You need to be bit more clearer dude..
