yes...i think ..the article was written by Dr. Tahir ul qadri...actually..it was in last sunday magazine of Nawai waqt..about Milad...and think the hadees was from bukhari...or Muslim...i do not remember...however he took this hadees to make milad permissible..again i will say..very complex topic..i cannot say anything about that ....
