I cant blame them for trying to evolving with the current demand.

I dont see IBM running after consumer market because they realized their strength.

Similarly I dont see apple trying to get into enterprises, because its a lost battle for them.

Businesses are slow at adapting things (profit margins!!) and even now, with the success of Win 7, many businesses are running XP.

I want to know how can someone run a 100 column spreadsheet on a tablet screen? Where I work, people demand for dual monitors so they can have a bigger real estate to work on. Tablets can never replace desktops and businesses know that.

Companies running XP vs 7 is more of an IT security and companies internal certification to OK an OS issue. It takes 2-3 years for IT department to OK an os, that is why they are always behind in adopting.
