He has been scorned by the rest of society for his immoral deviancy and this was probably his best choice to find acceptance among adoring fans - seemingly his sole reason for existence. He is now a member of a group where some brothers will accept him unconditonally because of his professed beliefs.
People who would usually judge someone by their adherence to the customs of their idol, will overlook and even make excuses for him dressing like a woman, molesting children, having children out of wedlock, encouraging children to live a decadent lifestyle with his music, not being a man of his word, disfiguring his body, etc, etc.
Things that are usually condemned categorically are now over looked because he is one of us. He validates us, we validate him. It's a win, win. Nevermind that he isn't thumbing his nose (what's left of it) at the decadent western society (which is very much a part of him and he a part of it) to become part of a superior faith, they have thumbed their nose at him.
Peace Seminole
In a way your twisted assertions are absolutely true and I have nothing to his in this matter. When people embrace Islam their past sins are forgiven. However, when they become Muslim we should not expect them to become angels straight away, for many Muslims are not good people, but rather we should encourage him to better himself and remove his demons. And if he has joined Islam to be recognised, then good on him, but for sure he would not have become a Muslim without guidance and surety on this matter, anyone willingly choosing Islam knows exactly what is coming in the way of insults and taunts.
