dude - Nando's is originally a Portugese company with franchises around the world... and anyone can own a franchise. In Dubai, one of the franchises may be owned by an Indian. In Pakistan, most likely the franchises are owned by Pakistanis. Each franchise can manage its own marketing campaigns to cater to local customers. There's no "conspiracy" here - have a sense of humour bud.

Afridi was biting the ball when he was not supposed to, so Peri-Peri (sauce brand) is suggesting to bite the chicken with peri-peri sauce instead of the ball.
