I honestly never liked humayun saeed's acting. he just has made a brand of himself. Shahood Alvi is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better actor!!! and there are so many other!! I think we as fans should hype them more!!

even i am dissapointed with the ending. I eman come on ,they developed the story and made it soo good but at the very last point it just screwed up.! madhu should hve got back with sifat or there should hve been another twist...
!gota admit the ending was extremly boring (set in 1 room,parizeh & nirmal talkin for da whole episode) it would have certainly been better if rehan an sifat waz shown and also sifat dad. he should have been shown turning good and being successful as wasnt that sifats disire?>>! honestly!!!!
and malika aunty should have shown regretting being greddy and all that,,,,....
honestly to me dis drama hasnt ended in a gud way.. it dun luk complete.. oh wel .. its a story i guess...lol
and what about sifaat (shahood alvi) ? uss ka koi zikar hi nahi kay uss key saath kia hua!! he was my fav character in the play, brilliant acting by shahood alvi.
from what i can make of the ending...its about life coming full circle, the play started with rehan's father on his deathbed remembering his 'adhoori muhabbat' i.e madhu mossi and it ended with rehan in his father's position and his adhoori muhabbat (nirmalta) in madhu mossi's place...maybe thats one angle of life.
Completely agree with you. I was watching the clock going - surely they'll make it into an hour long last epi because they have not mentioned Sifaat at all! And yes Wonderful Acting by Shahood Alvi.

The full circle thought came to my mind when Nirmal accepted Islam and became Madhu. Even though I found it hilarious that she was constantly in full make up and talking about being 'close to God' when her actions were completely against the will of God like taking a divorce from a husband who has been nothing but kind toward her. And then at the end showing her as Mother Theresa really took the cake for me!
I've noticed that w/ Noor ul-huda Shah she always has the Sufi-istic approach to Islam where a guy/gal falls deeply/madly in love, doesn't get his love, and turns towards Allah completley leaving the world behind. When Nabeel and Mishi Khan did the play ages ago and it had a similar ending, that made sense.
But this time around, Shah's view holds less credibility because Madhu had other choices in life after accepting Islam. Her constant repetition of "duniya taang ho jati hai" did not make any sense whatsoever.

i agree with subbo.absolutely bad ending.in the 5 years that was the first drama i saw and followed regularly,some of the dialogues were so good although the only good actor was shahood alvi.the other 3 actors were so bad.but the ending was really really bad.makes no sense at all.

this was stupidestttttt ending i ever seen. maddu ko mother teresa banae ki kya zarorat thee...normal shalwar kameez bhi phen sakti thee...agar itna religious bun na tha...end mein waisai bohot na samaj kisam kai dialogue bolae..
i m sorry to say yasir nawaz can't be a director. he doesn't know s***. har koi director banae chala.
ending bohot hee bakwas thee. waisai yeh koi realty mein nahi hota kai mobohot kai peechae par gae hain...pagal ho gae...aur waisai bhi islam mein shadi ki ijazat dee hai...nun banae ko nahi kaha...urgh get a life. and move on.
Arajay uncle plz tellll Yasir nawaz just be an actor.

Just finished watching the last episode and I have to say this was the most disappointing ending I have ever seen in my life–What happened to Sifat ? He shouldve committed suicide or gone to mental hospital lol because no one loved him–Poor thing 
I wish I could give a tight chappair to Rehan for crying in all 100 episodes

Iqbal Ansari under the aegis of GEO held a well attended night (I should also say 'morning of the next day) to celebrate the success of MERI ADHOORI MUHABBAT at the seaside amphi-theatre of Carlton Hotel DHA Phase-VIII...which saw the entire cast less Ayesha (Pareezay) and Shamim Hilaly...both being out of country.
The gala night was combined with EID SHOW as well and would be telecast as EID program.
A lot was talked about Yasir Nawaz's great direction with some parodies of Shamim Hilaly and Mahmood Aslam well enacted by Danish Nawaz and Hina Dilpazeer. (I thought pak_showbiz is lucky to have found HINA...who has immense talents....) .
Speakers on stage included; Dr.Anwar Sajjad..who also gave away mementos to the entire back-end support of M.A.M.....and all the three; Yasir, Noor Huda Shah and Iqbal Ansari... spoke on how the concept of M.A.M came up and how a project haphazardly started..became one of the most reckoned one!
106 episodes and a few more to come to end MAM within Ramazan...were talked about a lot.
BASED on SMs and EMAILs received on a poll conducted by GEO itself, HUMAYUN SAEED and SABRIN HISBANI were declared the BEST ACTOR & ACTRESS of M.A.M and they received oscar shaped trophies from Talat Hussain and Hasina Moin.
Almost all the Karachi showbiz crowd was there...cant name each one because if I miss out any..I'll feel bad.
SHAFI MUHAMMAD was paid rich tributes and his son Muhammad Ali Shahwas given a special memento. *(Shafi has been awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz posthomously..on 14 August which his son will receive on 23rd March'09)...*
Now the best part---------> THE "DINNER" was served at 4.22 AM when Bushra Ansari and Ali Salman....the anchor's announced the end of the show which had umpteenth faux-pas during the showtime that a few times had to be re-recorded with audience getting used to the mechanics involved in such shows. Nevertheless---what you'll see on GEO on EID day...will be so beautiful that you cant even imagine the condition of artiste and the audience..waiting for "dinner" till 4 AM of 31 August-08.
Back at the exclusive table which had me, Yasir, Kazim pasha, Nida Yasir, Sawera Pasha, Adnan Siddiqi, his wife Zara, Humayun less Samina this time, Mahjabeen, Sabrin, Talat Hussain, Hasina Darling (I call her sweetheart though...from years as she is very very dear to me...as aapa also:))...Noorul Huda, Perveen Akbar, Shahud Alvi, Ismat Zaidi et al.
I specifically conveyed the great feelings of paklink forums/GS threads on M.A.M by elaborating as to how closely it is seen and how beautifully (sometimes disdainfully) the forum/GS members discuss various episodes.
I conveyed to Sabrin Hisbani-------the special message of HIBA and she felt really honored and extended her best wishes alongside thanks to HIBA of GS/Paklinks forum.
Humayun also thanked this thread members and both; Humayun and Sabrin agreed to extend their voice messages for this thread members..which I will post within the first week of Ramazan..alongside those of Ismat Zaidi, Ayesha, Mahjabeen, Shahud--and of Yasir, Iqbal and Noor Huda.
GEO's special projects department which undertook M.A.M is headed by Iqbal Ansari...deserves accolades and kudos for such robust and meaningful production where every artiste...justified their roles with his astitute.
