Whether girls can beat boys in career growth or not is a separate discussion. The issue here is that you and nia claim that its hard to raise boys, I say you can't generalize, also on large scale boys might be giving hard time to their mothers but that is due to how our social structure is/has been etc. There are eqully good examples and bad examples on both sides :)

No dude they actually forgot a few.
I guess by that token when someone drives they should get the salary of an F1 driver, when they have sex they should get the salary of a porn star etc etc
