i thought only farsi speaking afghans associated with iran due to language more so than culture. afghanistan is culturally diverse like pak and has pukhtoons, tajiks etc. who are as much irani as i am irish.

Not true. I am pathan and trust me most guys from up north in Pakistan are so dull and boring to look at. My husband is from punjab and is very very handsome, and I love the sawla rung on him.
