Normally I get so startled if someone touches me that the poor person would take his/her hands off right away. Not just startled but I get a bit stiff, sorta on-guard when held/touched. Not my fault. Just not used to it.
There is a way to overcome this. Start touching yourself just before letting someone come close. This will prime you up for the cross touch. It may work for you.

actually i never really counted. but yeah believe it or not i have done that a few times . i stopped now cuz i realize that what they really want is some way for me to touch em, wheather by slap or punch, it doesn't really make a difference to them. now i just ignore.
