Burning people is the thing they have been doing since 1985. Its now up to the two governments both central and provincial - not to come under any pressure whatsoever and give them exemplary punishment.
That's the only way the people who died so tragically could be given justice.

Unfortunate!! Before believing these false accusations. Maybe it would have been better to atleast take a look his twitter account where he is openly critizing both PPP and MQM who have joined hands and are influencing the Baldia factory fire investigation. This guy is leading a genuine movement against extremism and before we level baseless accusations against him, we might want to look within ourselves and ask ourselves what have we done in this fight against terrorists? Do we have the courage to risk our lives to speak for the nation, knowing vey well we could be the next target of religious fanatcs? like Jibran and his fellow likeminded have done? Let's not discredit this guy and fall into trap of religious apologists who are spreading false accusations against him. This photo doesn't prove anything and neither he was released with the help of MQM mna/mps... he had already clarified on his twitter account.

MQM disowns ‘worker’ who blamed it for factory fire - Pakistan - DAWN.COM
KARACHI: Declaring that the man alleged to have set a Baldia Town factory on fire was not associated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, the party’s coordination committee has demanded that the government should hang the person at the local roundabout in accordance with the law and Constitution.
A report submitted by a Rangers official in the Sindh High Court said that MQM was behind the fire incident that claimed the lives of at least 258 factory workers. The report was based on the information collected from an alleged MQM worker, Rizwan Qureshi.
The MQM committee said in a statement that the suspect, Rizwan Qureshi, was not its worker and the party had nothing to do with him. “The MQM has zero tolerance for terrorists, extortionists and criminal elements,” it said.
The committee said that after this clear denial the suspect should not be called an MQM worker.
‘Test case for govt’
Jamaat-i-Islami chief Sirajul Haq said on Saturday that the factory fire report was a test case for the government if it was sincere in taking action against those behind the brutal incident.
Speaking at a press conference here, he questioned the delay of more than a year in presenting the report before the court.
PTI Information Secretary Shireen Mazari said the revelations were “not surprising”. In a statement released in Islamabad on Saturday, she termed the factory fire “the deadliest incident of extortion by this political party in the urban centres of Sindh”.

I can't follow everyone on twitter. My problem is selected condemnation and protests. Its just not Nasir Jibran but a mentality of a particular class that is very much vocal against Mullas (from different sects) and is silent on atrocities by likes of MQM.
My question is why people don't feel their lives at risk when they proest on roads and before Masjid / CM house against Molana Abdul Aziz and ASWJ? Why the question of risking lives comes into consideration when its time to protest against MQM? Is 90 a kaaba qibla of such social activists that they don't want to harm it sacredness?
As far as question of our contribution is concerned, we never attracted media's lime light for protesting and giving interviews to TV channels while protesting for religious intolerance. But those who did so, should be brave enough to come against cruelties as in Baldia town factory. Why in such cases, social activists chose to select our medium (armchair fighters)?

Like I said earlier no action will be taken on statements given in Baldia Case and instead PPP will do reconciliation politics with MQM.

I think mqm has had it's field day, there is a reason why altaf hussain is resigning from the party every other day. The party is under pressure like never before, and that without any operation against them. Operations only serve to provide political space to groups like these we have seen this in the 90's. Maybe the latest resignation had something to do with this episode.

Area, Karachi) of Rizwan Qureshi (28) and Saeed Qureshi (25), sons of Abdul Sattar Qureshi and arrested them unlawfully, without any warrants. The raiding party forced their entry into the house by breaking the front door. During the raid they misbehaved with the family members and threatened them of dire consequences.
**Mr. Rizwan Qureshi and Mr. Saeed Qureshi are non-political and first cousins of Mr Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of the MQM. **Their arrest are reminiscent to the arrests of Mr. Nasir Hussain (66) and Mr. Arif Hussain (28), non political brother and nephew of Mr. Altaf Hussain, who were arrested on 5 December 1995 by the law enforcers including the CIA. Mr. Nasir Hussain and Mr. Arif Hussain were brutally tortured in custody of the State and extra-judicially executed on 9 December 1995, after three days of torture.
It is pertinent to mention that only a few days ago on 27 January 1999, Mr Nazim Hussain (72), elder brother of Mr Altaf Hussain expired and the entire family was in mourning. Today, the family members of Mr. Altaf Hussain are faced with yet another trauma of the arrest of Rizwan Qureshi and Saeed Qureshi.

It seems that now this is going to be MQM Vs all parties (excluding PPP). Altaf Hussain is crying for 12th May blaming ANP behind the incident and Ra-Bhatta committee is ready to put blame on PTI in Baldia town incident (after PTI gave statement against MQM). Don't know whether this was reported anywhere else, but 'Kawish' report says MQM is blaming Shirin Mazari's links with people involved in Baldia Town.

If any political party can have a footprint in an event like baldia town as per past history it cannot be anyone other than MQM. I couldn't see te shireen mazari allegation in the link you have posted above.
