hilnay dulnay factor ka ilaaj BOHAT aasaan hay.. find a quite corner, with privacy, and whenever u put songs on, try hilling dulling, since its gonna be private, peace of mind.. do dance, workout WHATEVER just make sure body is moving.. when sitting around, just shake ur feet as if u’re cold.. THAT developes VERY good legs :k:
and this final one comes as bad manners, but when u’re sitting around, not doing much.. try playing tabla/dholak on desks, hard surface.. this also moves ur hands continously.. things like these, that ARENT really workouts and take mental energy, burn a LOTTTTTT of fats and chubbyness
