not even towards the phone.. only thing that goes in the favor of authenticity of this pic is the cupcake wrapper.. and all that says, is u were at least "present" at the "VICINITY" of this picture..

^ look if it's really your hand then proving it would not be a problem. just take a picture of your arm (with ur face in the pic as well) and show us the mehndi. you said the pic was recent so the mehndi design should still be on your hand. :D
