I made these for mine with supplies all bought from the dollar store. I actually have lots of tinsel lying around and beads and stuff which I don’t know what to do with and can send it all to you if you really need it. I bought most of my supplies around Christmas time. Thats when all the cool candle holders and decor comes out. Hope this helps!
The plates might look a little incomplete, but imagine them with lit candles inside the holders and fresh mehndi filled in them!
