Abt the scary mehendi comment, i remember in another thread a newcomer had told pakifairy how she looked older in her pics and everyone was quick to tell them off. Dont the same rules apply here as well? Or just because the girl isnt here to defend her choice, its ok to talk about her like that? Just curious, and yes i do realise, we all have freedom of speech :)

i did not say SHE herself is scary or her outfit or makeup or anything looks bad.. or even anything about her hands, feet or whatever. i was commenting on her mehndi which indeed looks quite scary to me when i first saw it. and some people even agreed to it. why is it being such a big deal out of? if some of you liked it good for you, just like how you have an opinion so do i and those who agreed with my comment. have you guys liked every single picture posted here? are you trying to say you guys have never disliked anything about any bride here? now thats a 'bullox'. so dont try to make an issue out of something that you do yourself also.

About your point on if i had disliked someone's pic and be so open about it, i guess if i have done it, i dont remember it. Most of the times if i dont like someone's dress or makeup etc, i remain quiet. Afterall, they thought it was for the best.

I guess this is the reason i dont post my shadi pics here. The day before my mehendi, my mehendi artist that i had chosen 2 months in advance, bailed out on me. I had to make frantic calls and did find someone who was able to do my mehendi for me the next day and even though it wasnt the kind of designs i wanted, it was the best i could do. And if someone had told me how scary my mehendi had looked (which it didnt) i certainly would have been offended.
Now lets all chill.
I finally get to see a clearer pic of your mehendi raat! Looking good desigirl, i like the color of your dress. Its a very nice yellow.

As said before, its very hard to find a decent make-up/mehndi artist around here.
The girl in picture was not being offended, but her mehndi. I think it's the same thing. It's like saying to someone i find ur dress horrible, but you aren't haha hows that possible.
