and ladies and gentleman today , I added to my long list of meetha’s in the fridge … the new addition is Kul…fi … ohhh yeah … I boiled the milk and cream together for a good half hour until it became thick .. then added sugar and cardamom and poured it into the mold and now waiting for it to freeze and come the evening me and hubby will be enjoying our ghar ki bani kulfi ![]()

Nothing calorific at the moment :( I made a vanilla cake which we finished yesterday. We had been eating way too much sweet stuff during ramadhan so we are trying to cut back on sugarnow!
We have green grapes, which dipped in melted chocolate would make a great dessert :D Oh and there is also a box of mithai in the kitchen too, but we don't store our mithai in the fridge, it's just kept in a cool, dark cupboard.
I think I need to cook something sweet tomorrow...I feel like having firni. I usually soak my own rice and then crush them up but does anybody know if rice flour is any good for firni? I like mine with a little texture...
