^ I know that. Whatever the controversies surrounding her 'marriage' the attempt on her life is an utterly repulsive and condemnable act. It is indefensible. There are civilised ways of dealing with any marital or family disputes and threatening one's life is certainly not one of them. As a Pakistani national she has the same rights to personal security as any other citizen. And People should not condone that simple fact.
