MD specialiazation

Re: MD specialiazation

Little bit of all I would say maybe IM, ENT, Obgyn? IM has so many subspecialties to choose from. Obgyn and ENT people perform little bit of surgical procedures along with outpatient stuff, prescribing medication, treating chronic conditions. In these I believe you would have more of a stretch.
I don't know anything about how medical things works abroad. But couple of things to keep in mind is first figure out what you like doing. Do you want to be a GP and treat same old chronic conditions day after day dealing with non-compliant patients or you just want to be a surgeon and cut the appendix out. Look at what kind of hours would you see yourself doing, do you want to punch in and out like EM, you want calls etc? things like that

Re: MD specialiazation

Psychiatry. You'll make a good psychiatrist, inshallah. With teletherapy picking up, you might be able to keep your own hours and even work from home.
