I'm not fan of IK, but his concerns are genuine and this bonga NS is just playing games to save his rule. Otherwise, sab iss ki jaib main hai. If NS had an iota of doubt that he can't handle the situation (SC going against him), he would never offered this. He is just buying time.

He was released on bail , case was only loss to property so bail was normal

what about those TV footage showing him doing gunda gardi? why such criminals are given bails and what is the justification for releasing him during critical days?
