Why do you think it is a "half baked truth"? The world needs to know what Tamil Hindu extremists are doing to Muslims in Sri Lanka. If you think that showing the truth to the world is "propaganda" then so be it.
Just remember your country armed, trained and funded the LTTE and has contributed to the deaths of thousands of Sri Lankan civilians and massacres of Muslims, Sinhalese and assasinations of Tamils as well.

No community can maintain its sanity if they had faced an ethnic cleansing of the sort that happened to Srilankan Tamils on 23 July 1983. I'm not sure whether Tamil muslims were spared in the riots.

Its quite similar to Pak govt/agencies moral support to Kashmir militants but the difference is obvious(Kashmiri pandits were driven out).
Also, India has learnt its lessons after the loss of Rajiv but I'm not sure about Pak.
I'm sure LeT/alQaida will be fighting for Muslims in SriLanka if/once LTTE is not there.
By the way LTTE has Christians too!!
