Kia constitution ka rona dala hua hai! I doubt an average Pakistani citizen even knows that there are "laws of land" for Pakistan. Let me see, our literacy rate is less then 50% and that only includes being able to write and read urdu. Having said that, nobody even KNOWS the constitution. Why not use our common sense and see who's wrong here even if it takes amending our constitution? After all, it was a Pakistani who wrote these laws of land. I say they re-write it and hopefully, with a lot of improvement this time.
