I think the establishment doesnt consider him dangerous until he actually starts attacking PAKISTANI institutions. Until then, he is just another blow hard spouting noises, no different from countless others in the country.

Only difference is he has a bigger stage.

when such people are forced to be disciplined they even turn against their home countries too .simply they do not belong to normal citizenery because they want blood for their supposed holy jobs of serving islam by killing humans.
