You must have almost readied a post calling her 'loti'. But now since she is not joining PTI, "she is an honest lady". Anyway, she is a good politician and it remains so even if she isn't joining PTI.

In the program she basically showed a letter that Imran had issued for including her in the party, but she didnt sign that and give it back to them. I dont think she joined, she was interested at some stage, but what happened in the end, Allah knows.
I have respected Marvi in the past and still think she is a very decent person but unfortunately greed got the better of her when she decided to join PTI as she demanded 2 high posts in PTI and was rejected.
I always supported her but she lost respect in my eyes because of her greed.

Hold your horses brother. There is no one without greed. Only degrees vary. And even if what you are telling is a truth, it does not seem decent to spill the beans in public. Let it end gracefully and wish her the best for her future. That ought to be enough :)

I don't really know what you mean by spilling the beans in public bro, everyone knows about it as it was revealed in one of the talk shows (in her presence) that she asked PTI for the vice chairman spot then General Secretary spot and finally information Secretary spot.
As i said earlier, i still respect her for her stance on a few issues and she is a decent politician/person but when you join a movement for betterment of Pakistan, you should really put your personal interests behind and she failed there.

Don't get defensive bro, i never said rest are all idiots. There are good and bad people in all parties but it is quite obvious(to me at least) that power hungry people are making all sorts of deals to get seats (senate elections is an example). Whether you like it or not but most neutral people agree that Imran Khan is probably the only leader working towards betterment of the country and most people joining him understand that they need to put self interest behind when joining such movement and this is where Marvi Memon failed. If you believe that politics should all be about seat adjustments, horse trading then Marvi has every right to ask for posts but the kind of mess we are in right now, the last thing we need is politicians worrying about their own posts.

Almost all my relatives support PML N and i have done that in the past as well, i have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Nawaz Sharif is a hypocrite who hardly cares about real Pakistan issues. he has definitely done some good work in the past as well but there are far too many things to list that he has messed up alongwith his brother. You can close your eyes if you want to but i do care about my country and that's why i don't support certain individuals just because my uncles and aunties support them.

the other example is, on the rumors that one of the recently joined makhdooms from Multan is going to leave the party and may return to PML-N, the clan took good class of SMQ and even went on saying it is good to not to have SMQ in the party and all this time the poor chap was working tu get Israr Shah in PTI ranks... talk about sanity in the ranks... i wonder how would they feel to know that it was only rumors??
And Marvi's case, the only reason you and many like you respected her was because there was assumption that she will join PTI and then now when she didn't she lost respect...

Similarly, many people started to criticise her in advance assuming she was going to join PTI. And now since she has joined PML-N, she has suddenly become respectable for them.
Anyway, she is an honourable woman politician and we all should respect her irrespective of her political affiliations.

Mian's EgO was bruised when Hashmi left him , so he needed a Prized trophy , and Marvi IS that prized trophy
