align: I totally agree with you 100%. Finding a job is the most frustrating thing ever. Any job that I feel like I qualify for....I don't feel like I get it. Most companies are going for internal employees. And the company I do work for in order to get any marketing job you need at least 5 + years experience, otherwise its a sales job. How do you get 5 years experience if no one wants an unexperienced person????? I didn't realize marketing was so hard to get into.....its frustrating but I don't think I am going to back out....I really like the field....its kind of the study of human behavior and about products and services....
