Firstly...I find this discussion on comparison...quite amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean why is there a debate on two FEMALES? why is the focus on NADIA & MARINA ? we must understand that every show..whether a morning one or the weekend one or any show.....they have their own flair and format.
While the showbiz artiste...are..techincally at the helm of viewers choice and therefore...obliged to the viewers for their choice.....we must not forget that discussions should remain discussion as none of us have any right to go overboard and pass silly remarks just for the fashion of it...or that the keyboard and the PC is in their control.
Whether Raju Jamil is a fatso or Saadia Imam has certain deficeciancy in looks etc.. is and shoud NOT be the subject of any discussion. YES-----discuss their acting, anchorship etc....and their shows and plays whatever but PLEASE refrain from passing any silly remark..like I have gone through on this thread and quite taken aback on words like BURHYA and FAT etc.. FOR GOD's SAKE.... quit such usage of words/remarks.....as ALLAH ALMIGHTY also doesn't appreciate such moves and forbids it.
I am really apalled the way free-for-all words are being used on Marina and Nadia and I strongly register my protest on behalf of the Pak-Artiste.
Continue the debate on both the shows..but not an iota on the personality of both the ladies...in the context as I have read some. Pathetic!!!
The add for marina is really funny ‘kabie moti, kabie patli, kabie moti, kabie patli’:(- well listen here lady wat has ur weight got to do with the talk show.
And nadia Khan!!! It’s not that I dont like her- she’s fine but can be soo annoying at times:( and i bet I’m gonna hear that dang word all the time next time I go to pakistan ‘Tip Top’ and in the UK tip tops are ice lollies, lol:p
Marina is much more sophisticated, and sobre. I do not like Nadia's conscious slip of tongues and faces she makes on the show. But well, she is still hot favourite of the majority, since she, her talks and the mode of her prog are more gali mohalla like. Whereas marina's talks and aims are usually higher, which cant be grasped by the majority of our T.V. audience, and majority rocks.
I am not going to comment on looks, although aside from that I think everything is fair game, how people handle themselves, dress, talk, act is all valid enough.
now Overall I think these shows are horrible, cheesy, annoying, and in general the same trend is seen in majority of pakistani media andentertainment,
teh movies suck, Tv shows are pathetic, once in a while u get a good show, butthere are far too many lame shows that simply need to be shut down.

oh intersting!but i said before both r brilliant and i am big fan of nadia.
and i like marina due to her acting in tanhaiyan and dhoop kinary. and i have dvd of dhoop kinary i watched it many time.:)

I agree with you cent percent. I find it appalling when people judge others based on their looks.I think it's unjust because we don't have any control over our looks. It's something The Almighty decides. Our greatness lies in how we're going to use whatever little He has given us to achieve what he hasn't.
Plus, marina khan is such a talented person that these petty comments don't make any difference to her popularity whatsoever.
