i personally met MARIA B for my bride dresses, she is adorable and her designs are out class.
she is designing dress for 1st day n 2nd day for my bride. i am getting marry in Dec 2006 , i can post picture afterwards

Maria is such an amazing designer...She is coming to New York for the Dulhan expo, as well to Dallas Fort Worth for her franchise stuff in December.She is such a down to earth person. Her designs are amazing....so wearable at the same time so wearable. No wonder she was one of the winner of the Best Couture Bridal Designer in Lux Awards as well as she is being awarded here in the USA in december 2006. One of a kind Bridal Dresses...Simply Fabulous

ok..one of girls i know got married last yr and she told me that when she visited Maria B's outlet in karachi..MariaB was quite rude to her..and before discussing or saying any other thing..she told her that if u want to talk to me ur range for dresses should b more than one lakh atleast..then u can talk to me..

I just got back from Pakistan, and tried on some of Maria B's stuff, there were bits falling off all over the place. The materials are so flimsy. Maria B's stuff is horrible! So cheap looking. You can find much better designers to spend your money on!

thats true her bridal dress collection is not less than one lakh, but i dont think its rude,because it you are going to designer you should think they gona cost you more than any other high street retailer.
even for my bride 1st day dress is 140 K and you could'nt imagine for second day dress is expensive than first day it is 160K . i was little utter but when i saw dress , it really worth it.
but one thing dear she has kinda standard and she is right if you know she ll give to everyone and sorry to say gal habbit of bargaing wont change so thats y both disappoint.
but one thing i know even though these dresses gona wear only one day but dear its worth it.

checked out her collection on the website.. some of the desgns r really gud... esp in bridal.. but overall the collection is OK
