damn, its gorgeous! i'd say keep it and wear it at a sibling or close friends wedding. the color is light enough that you wouldn't clash with the bride.

Morning guys
Just logged on and thought id check my thread out.
Its a stunning lengha, I wouldve kept it however, all my family are married, and my fiance's family too and therefore no close wedding from either side of the family gona happen very soon, very soon meaning a couple of years so dont want to waste a gorgeous lengha being stacked away. I have a ivory maria b one for the barat and a pink one for the walima now, and an english dress for the registration so dont no what to do with this one.
I am going to have to wear the in laws dress on walima to keep them happy, cant upset them over a lengha.
By the way Sara516, what happened with the HSY debarcle ur referring to?
Anyway, i just thought id post some details of what i want to sell, if anyone is interested please let me know, if not thats fine, i am going to try and sell it and if i cant then ill have to keep it.

I know, oh im in so many minds over it. I have bought over 60 suits for my waree, and i have 10 maria b suits from inlaws, which i chose myself, and 4 bridal dresses instead of 3 :)
I bought this one aswell as my barat one when i went pakistan, and though right im all sorted now cos ive never bought clothes from UK stores and didnt want my inlaws to choose me a indian style wedding dress which i hate, u know the shiny ones covered in sequenzes. But when i got back they had already bought it with matchin jewellery and sandles and the lot and i said oh i got one and they kinda just said no we want u to wear this one cos they done all the colour coordination and stuff.

silly silly in-laws....!! i know how u feel. u wana please ur in-laws but theres ur choice aswell...
uk stores have all rubbish in em. i mostly get all my clothes from karachi. i probably shop in a uk store once every millenium. their soo crap and penduised. esp cos i'm from bradford they sell horrible deisgns.
see if anyone buys it then fair enough, but then if no1 does....... frame it and u can stare @ it all day longgggggggggggggggggggggg.

ive been bradford, theres a shop there called rani's i think. some one the stuff was okayish but quite expensive for a suit taht doesnt have much kaam on it.
I get all my clothes from lahore and designers mainly, im a big fan of maria b, love her clothes cos they fit well and i always get complimented when i wear her outfits

My barat one is again on maria b's site, its the ivory one. I cant seem to copy pics on, its full ivory and is covered in diamontees. has a thick silver border of kaam aswell.
My walima one is from silons in birmingham and my registration one is from a place called fairytale, english shop.

speaking of maria b she is coming down to imani on the 5th 6th july to showcase her new collection, I have an invite, plus there is some jewellery designer coming too to showcase her work.
