Re: Many will profit if Pakistan reopens NATO supply routes
Very well said..
Why people make such a huge deal about the peanuts given in the name of aid.. Our economic problems are not because of the stoppage of this aid.. but mainly a problem of structural fault lines in our economic policies. The cost of governance in Pakistan is too high while more than 70% of our economy remains out side the boundaries of tax regime.
While Captain has rightly pointed out the “beghairat” brigade who want to resume this tactical support to NATO alliance.. in spite of being treated like a garbage dump by these allies.. without giving any importance to the public opinion/sensitivities of our people..
The true dilemma is that in spite of getting less than peanuts as this so called aid.. we prefer to act like beggars..
