I’d gone to order some food and the manager was at the station instead of the customer service person. Even though the customer service personnel at that place are normally polite, the manager who took our order stood out of the rest in the way he handled our questions (about the kind of meat /chicken used, where it was imported from etc). It felt pretty good.

I remember when I was back home the customer service standards there were a lot better. Even USA is much better than Canada, I guess this is a society with abundance so many people don’t need to try very hard to make a living. I think there should be some sort of training for people to learn proper business etiquette and manner. We have this South Indian realtor who comes to see us and he has a jungle growing on his ears and inside them and it looks so bad and distracting that I cant focus on my presentation.
