Laptop scheme has gotten mixed reviews not because of laptops alone BUT because of the added PML-N crap they put with it (filing youth forms). Do you know how many people actually excused themselves because of this reason? 
Danish schools have independent reports as well as some research tv shows (some admittedly anti pml-n) and efficacy of those have been put in danger.
MetroBus project started well but there was NO feasibility report carried out. There is a big news paper report now circulating about the false claims made about the project (specially the 55 minutes journey)
I dont doubt SS’s intentions. I know he wants to do something. But first his vision is quite tunnelled AND whatever vision he has is limited to lahore.
Paying IPP’s would ahve been a positive start and would have helped A LOT. Circular debt is a federal problem but IPPs are not. Could have been.
