I think its safe to say that the situation is better in Punjab not because the governance and law enforcement is better, but because terrorists have chosen not to target it. Thats nothing to brag about.

Could be as i said before whatever the gimicks done by SS it worked also its naive to say that PMLN support terrorism or ideology such as Taliban/Al-Qaeda, but i am all for debate regarding developments works in Punjab vs rest of the provinces.
