Why does image has to be physical?
Man is created in the image of Allah, if image is understood as Allah’s attributes. We do share limited number of attributes of Allah e.g. man hears, speaks, has some power, is a painter, forgives, make laws etc. these are all attributes of Allah imaged in some form among mankind.
If we do take image to be the physical image, than one must ask was the donkey made in someone's image too?
