karam's got cancer so he'll die in the end..but they didn't mention k cancer kis stage per hai...

zari agar divorce na bhi leti to woh bewa ho jati...

i think they did mention in the drama about cancer that it in its early stage.

Yup its in the initial stages with 67% chances of survival, but these come down to 0% when he's not taking any treatment.

Aab-e-Hayat is the sequel of Pir-e-kaamil by Umaira Ahmad. A friend told me it will be printed in the digest after man-o-salwa comes to an end.
BTW have u read Pir-e-Kaamil?

novel main cancer nahi hai karam ko.. koi aur bemaari hai ..

drame main karam ko cancer hai aur wo is ka treatment karane k mood main nahi hai

zaini ki karam se mulaqat hoti hai .. wo us k flat main jata hai aur usey apni beemarii k bare main batata hai aur zaini us se poochti hai k "aap ne shaadi kar li" to wo kehta hai k meri biwi mujhe chor kar chali gayi hai aur us ne talaaq le li hai "..
zaini ko bohat afsoos hota hai k karam itna akela hogaya hai

wo apni beemari ka ielaaj bhi is liye nahi karwa raha hai k kisi ko bhi us ki zaroorat nahi hai .. karam kafi dis-heart hua
( is sence k dialouge aap dekhen gin to zayada maza aye ga mere yahan likhne main wo maza nahi aaye ga) bohat powerful dialouges hain
