i would be shocked if i saw a man slap his OWN child four times just for crying, let alone slap someone ELSE's child
yes a parent must discipline their child and treat them to act properly, but two year's old is still a baby for me, the man had absolutely positively no right to act like such a monster over a few cries from a baby. he's lucky he didnt get punched in the face
i cant imagine how ANYONE could applaud the man for slapping someone else's baby
