Before making snarky comments about general appearance of others, it’s worth heeding the advice Gatsby’s father gave him: Just remember that all the people in this world haven’t had the advantages that you’ve had. In this case, your abrasiveness is particularly unwarranted. And stinging because the poverty in Baluchistan is the consequence of its annexation and subsequent exploitation by Pakistan. The Baloch population is so small and their homeland, like Sindh, so resource-rich that if it were not for the rest of the overpopulated Pakistan merrily gobbling up their resources, Baloch would be quite prosperous and kempt in an independent country of their own.
Look at Dubai. It used to be a sleepy fishing settlement but today it resembles a B grade version of Vegas. Dubai’s citizens, not long ago, were poor and disheveled; today Emiratis enjoy many of the luxuries money can buy. They have all the time and money to look after themselves.
