The idea is a pure marketing gag and nothing more. As mentioned by others, the Kaaba direction is something that you can figure out with the compass in ever modern "Non-Muslim car". And the prayer mat, hijab, quran, etc. can be put in the dashboard.
But I seriously found the following idea interesting:

Umer bhai, this can certainly be done as a 3rd party extension to GPS devices.. actually it really is a great business idea and i am sure "someone" is trying his best to get this done ;)
I just can’t stop thinking of the dozens of more useful and needed inventions that could go to help those who actually need it as opposed to this unnecessary piece of crap idea that will have lots of time and money spent on it, only to have people who are already in good shape spend more money on it. It shouldn’t be called an invention if it’s not helping people. How about I tape a compass to my dashboard will that make my car a freaking “Muslim Car”?!
^ Right, plus as a Muslim, I am really embarrassed because of stupid things that some "Muslims" do and this will just add to that list and give non-Muslims one more opportunity to laugh and make fun of Muslim. Don't they THINK before they speak out such nonsense?

stop jumping all over muslims on somthing that has nothing to do with them. Its a business' idea to make some profit. They believe there is a market for such a thing and want to exploit it. Business has only one 'religion' that is profit.
