More details about the muslim car..
the car aside from having a compass and room for quran, also gets updated prayer timings and stops running 5 minutes before prayers and would not run for the next 15 minutes. It does allow you to combine prayers if you are a certain distance out of your home area.
face recognition technology ensures that unless men have sharaee beard and women are in hijab or the car will not run.
during ramadan if the car is parked in a restauranr parking loot the doors will not open and the car will send an emergency signal to ministy of vice and virtue.
The car also networks with restaurant drive thrus and will not let u rolldown your window, and if it is already rolled down the window will roll up as soon as you pull into the drive thru.
In the event you try to eat or drink into the car during daylight, a secret compartment of the console will open and a robotic hand will pimp slap the perp.
oh and brothers if you have farted while driving, it will remind you to do wadoo.

Make it a muslim-car, have following as standard:
On start-up, before you can shift to D (Drive), it recites bismillah and dua-e-safar from the navigation memory slot reserved for 'sounds'. When the dua finishes, you may drive onwards.
Mirrors that fold when you misuse them to look at someone who u have no business looking at.
Horn that sounds 'Yalla ya habibi'
Hydraulic system that drops the car front when you are not occupying it so that it too may bow to the almighty while parked.
Navigation system that highlights the mosques enroute, whereever you happen to be.
Run-Flat tires if infidels try to delay you.
Trunk Accessories:
Prayer mat, rolled and stashed away in one corner.
Wudu-Water tank, for those desperate times.
Alarm System:
Mode 1: when tampered with sounds 'Al-Jihad...Al-Jihad'
Mode 2: Alarm, to sound for fajr (activated if you garage) that sounds the Adhan in accordance with the system clock within the car.

Going back to first post, the car looks nothing more than a marketing gimmick
My car has a place to put scarf and Quran, though we call it glove compartment and middle console
Compass in my car always show the the direction and me knowing thet qibla is NE from me, can always figure it out
The only thing is that its called Chevy Impala and not Muslim Halala

dude if u can have makkah cola and qibla cola etc, u can have a other such gimmicks, cuz they know ppl will jump on the bandwagon, until as was the case with teh colas thatthey realize that its all flat

The idea is a pure marketing gag and nothing more. As mentioned by others, the Kaaba direction is something that you can figure out with the compass in ever modern "Non-Muslim car". And the prayer mat, hijab, quran, etc. can be put in the dashboard.
But I seriously found the following idea interesting:
Navigation system that highlights the mosques enroute, whereever you happen to be.
You were obviously not serious about it, but I would like to have a feature like that. Especially when I'm in a town I am new to.

What makes it an "Islamic" car? I mean the horses and camels that were used 1400 years ago were not "Islamic" horses/camels.
Since those camels were used by Muslims, they were Musalmaan oont.
