What air ambulance, remember according to TTP keyboard jihadists she was never shot, this was all a drama, she travelled in ordinary plane to UK and than they put her on a stretcher to show the world she had been shot. So what money?

She should win an Oscar in that case as well for being able to “pretend” her face was partially paralysed.. Pretty amazing acting..
