I still wud do the matte gold, it's more appropriate for weddings =) create depth with the darker brown and stunning! Soft curls wud look great with that sari! Smokey eyes work well with pastels, white and black...

gold n brown eyes like gina said..with i think beige/nude lips...bobby brown cocoa lippie would work here..with a bit of neutral/nude gloss over it
i haven’t exactly tried it on my eyes yet so i’ll just put it on my hand. it’s a nice dull gold eyeshadow with silver glitter on it. you can get somewhat of an idea of how it’ll look. i personally love glittery and shimmery eyes, especially on weddings..but some people like less bling 
anyway! the eyeshadow itself looks like the 1st pic..and the 2nd and 3rd pic have glitter on top of the same eyeshadow. i would put that dull good eyeshadow on the entire lid and just dust a little glitter on it. and if you want your eyes to look even more dramatic, blend a light brown into the crease.

Noor, I imagine a really nice hair do would look smashing with this sari. No, no juras, lol.
I was thinking side parted hair tied at the lower back of your head with the ends curled. Im going to see if I can find a picture to show you what I mean but your hair has to have some volume in it...a little bit of a poof.
