Hey girly! I always use 2 eyeliners … first I line with MILANI black pencil liner (it is a kalu brand …which is why I think the black is the darkest I have ever found), and then on top of that, I use Urban Decay liquid liner in PERVERSION. I am a makeup fiend and after years of trying so many different liners, this is the best combo. I have mentioned in other threads that I always use two liners because I find the double effect gives a darker look and that the liquid liner seals the pencil liner so that it doesn’t smudge later on. I use this technique even on my waterline.
