For cheap palettes you can look on ebay. I’ve used some of them for my work and some do work well.
however if you have 100 dollars or so to drop, I’d suggest getting the yaby palettes.

Teach shadow is the size of a dime but they are SO pigmented. I prefer to use them for my work as a makeup artist.
