Major Shabir Sharif, the war hero, who embraced martyrdom on this day 44 years ago in Bangladesh, **we have almost forgotten all our war and national heroes are after mirasi and bhands.

Even today his family and Pak army is fighting for the honor of the country and same political situation where politicians are doing their best to start a civil war in Pakistan.

There is genuine reason why Pakistanis have forgotten their war heroes and villains. All wars fought with India were without any purpose, in the end these wars ended with humiliations or with disastrous economic effects on Pakistan. It is better to forget them rather than refreshing the old wounds. They were not fighting to save the country but for individual valor otherwise Pakistan would have never lost its major portion. However major responsibility lie on dictators/CAOS who were involved in such meaningless adventurism to continue their tyrant, illegal rule.
