Although seems barbaric, but all close relatives of this attackers should be shot and/or thrown out of country, all the land/wealth belong to his family should be confiscated by the State. Only hanging him won’t do much good.

Sometimes I wonder if Saudi style of public execution has a point and it makes a difference.. (Screw Champions of HRW)
