This drama is soooooooooo annoying now! cut the crap man, too many issues going on dude. Why do girls always have to be portrayed as bad ones, this is ridiculous. Because she's not Islamic, she gets aids and dies, and because Salar has religious views he settles with a religious girl and lives happily. What kind of poop is that?

I dont think thats what they are trying to show. They are showing the difficulties a couple meet when they have different religious backgrounds and what happens when you let a 3rd person, even if that person is your own mother, come between you and your spouse. Furthermore, I think they're showing how "big" a sin it is to take a false oath on Quran, because honestly it has become very common among muslims to do so and to bring Quran into everything. I do however agree, that their whole idea about her getting aids due to this is a bit overdone, but I think we should remember, we do get punished for our sins whether we realize or not.

I really dont think Salar is happily married either. Infact, the religious girl he marries isnt very happy either.
In addition to what Sweetmoi said, I think the drama also points out the hypocrcy of our people... they change their ideas whenever something doesnt fit to their norm.. for example. Irsa wasnt ever religious enough.. and the second girl (sorry forgot the characters name), is too religious.. noone is every happy with anything.
And the whole thing with Salar and Irsa is that they let other people run their lives.. Salar less than Irsa, at least he sticks up for her infront of his family... but Irsa just does whatever her mum or siblings tell her... thats not being religious or not.. its just a personality issue they are showing.
I actually really like the underlying message of this drama..

It took me a week to catch up to episode 16 and I must say that Baber Javed's constant back and forth of showing flashback was seriously annoying. Usually, directors utilize a black and white scene to show a flashback.......not here! ....Baber Javed just totally confused me in this drama. I had to keep asking my spouse what was going on....to the effect that she started getting annoyed with me.

the last episode (18) was hideous! they finally showed the reason for why she took the Quran, but i had to fast forward most of it cus it just dragged on! uff it was hard to watch this episode
