Unfortunately, not w/ Prep + Prime BUT I do really like the Studio Finish Concealers! I find them to be excellent for dryer/flaky blemishes and even the undereyes. I don’t know why some people say they find it drying for the undereyes when my skin is quite dry under the eyes as well.
