i wrote this above that touche eclat is supposedly the best as several vdos suggest, but our dear stoppit has said that dior skinflash is way better ... and eclat has only 2 or 3 shades if i am not mistaken, i went to see them, and they were so not my color: too light, too dark.
it looks like a great consistency though ... the touche ... but only if they provided a color range.

With touche its good for eye brightening, if you have flawless skin.
So you need a concealer anyway! and as farrah said its got a small range of colours.
The body shop does a more economical version which is pretty good if you want to try that! go on the website and check it out!

oh... and skinflash is way better that touche eclat - i have converted many people!

I use MAC studio finish for every day and for special occasions I use BB corrector- it works really well on dark circles. I have the creamy concealer aswell if i need it but usually I dont use it as I dont like to pile it on under the eyes!!!

Cover FX concealors are amazing
The Dior Skinflash is great and the bright color is deceiving...it actually blends in perfectly with practically every skin tone. I use 003.

I dont use Bobbi Brown or MAC foundation. I use CoverFx M20.
In MAC colors...I would wear NC35 or NW30.
I totally agree! I don’t particularly have dark ‘circles’ as such mashallah, but I have slightly dark undereyes (like every desi) and Dior Skinflash really brightens up that eye area. It doesn’t feel heavy either. I use shade 002 
It can also work as a highlighter too! I use it on the bridge of my nose and cheekbones on special occasions. So overall, its a multi-use pen

I love my BB concealer and corrector, completely hides the dark circles. I was using MUFE a while back and it seemed to dry up under my eyes and started looking flakey, i like how BB concealers are so creamy.

I brought the skin flash recently, my main concern was tht the brush would start smelling like the "*Touche eclat" *but the sales assistant assured me It wouldn't start smelling and to my surprise she was true to her word!
Definitely go for the skin flash over the Touche eclat
